02 — Find Out the Value of Your Home

Choosing the right agent, someone like me who really knows the Cleveland area market, will ensure that you get an accurate valuation of your home. This number is so important! I will craft a market analysis of your home, showing you the current status of your neighborhood and recent sales. 03 — Staging and Photographs

When you schedule an appointment with me, I will also provide you with free expert staging advice. You will know exactly what you need to do to walk away with the most cash in your pocket.

Once your home is looking it’s best, we will schedule an appointment with a professional real estate photographer — a FREE service when you list with me.

04 — List and Show

Once we have the fabulous pictures of your home, I will carefully craft your listing so that it is accurate and shows off the best features of your property. Once your listing goes live, people will want to see your home in person or via virtual showings. I offer an easy to use online showing service so that buying agents can quickly schedule appointments without jumping through a lot of hoops or playing “phone tag”.

05 — Compare Offers

This is the fun part! As offers come in, I will prepare a seller net sheet and comparable chart so that you can easily see which offer is the best. I will use my expert negotiating skills to ensure that you are getting the most money possible for your property in today’s market. It pays to have a tiger on your side!
